Why dont My need for speed rivals load My save? [ Edited ]

I have played need for speed rivals for quite a while now and i have saved it.  But When i closed the game and open it again it wont load My save so i need to start over My progress.  How Do i fix it?

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Restart your machine.

Run Origin as Adminstrator

Go in Origin / My Game Library ,right click on game icon select Repair and Update Game.
