Whoops! error can't purchase anything (australia)

I'm trying to purchase a game for download and keep getting:

Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries?storeId=Store-O... 400 (Bad Request)]

Can't access my cart but it says there is nothing in it. Restarted Mac and deleted, re downloaded Origin to no luck.

Hey @sjellson the best thing to do in a situation such as this is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at your account and advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Whenever I attempt to make a purchase, it comes up with the following error message:

Can someone help tell me what this means and if there's any way to solve it.

I am having the same problem, every time I try to buy annything in the store I get this error "Oops!

And I have no idea how to fix it, I have contacted customer suport 2 time, and nothing they told me to do worked.

I am also getting the same error. I  have sent support a mail, but no response. I have tried the live chat, but hours later no one replies

When I follow your instructions as posted above, I do not get the option to receive a " callback " , and the live chat section is not responding.

OK, I got the problem solved with this error. It was my internet service provider blocking the connection. I used my cellphone data to make the purchase , and it worked 100 %.
