Where is the Sims 4 download?

I bought the Sims 4 game @ Walmart & it includes the outdoor retreat game pack and the cool kitchen stuff pack. I put my redeem code in Origin and it said "the game is all yours", but I still don't see the download. Where do I have to go to start the download?

@killaakait  Are you using the Origin app, rather than the website?  If you haven't already downloaded it, you can do so here:

https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download

Sign in with the same account you used to register your Sims 4 content.  Then click on My Game Library, and you should see an icon for Sims 4.  Click on that, then on the orange Download button.

If you already had Origin installed on your computer and the game isn't showing up, try rebooting your computer.  If that doesn't help, you may need to clear Origin's cache to refresh the information:

Also, please make sure that you bought a copy of the Sims 4 base game and not just the packs.  If you don't own the base game, you won't be able to use the content you did buy.  (The game is on sale now through Origin for $5, in case you do need to buy it.)
