When updating origin screen gets stuck or blank

I solved it uninstalling origin and installing it again. It happens in every updating Sims 4 has.

Thanks for confirming what helped you solve the problem. But I'm sorry to hear that the issue occurs with every game update  I would recommend clearing Origin cache first in the future, if it hasn't been done already by you.
