Please help me out as I'm going crazy if I don't do Apex Legends at a time when the support desk is closed and soon.
I tried to log in as usual using my public ID and password.
I got an unfamiliar error message that said, "Sorry. A technical problem has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. and I can't log in.
I tried my brother's ID who is using the same computer, but the same message appeared and I couldn't log in as well.
I found a video on youtube of someone who experienced the same thing and he gave me 3 ways to fix it
1. Wait a few days to a few months.
I've been doing this for a day without missing a day and I can't wait, I haven't even taken a crate for today.
2, try to log in with a public ID instead of an email address.
I'm always logged in with a public ID? I tried the opposite email address, but it didn't work.
3. Try to log in using a VPN
I was able to log in, but the next screen was blank and I couldn't do anything.
I've tried everything I can do, but there's nothing more I can do.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
