Preordered fifa 20 ultimate edition but champion edition shows up in purchased .... what’s wrong??

I dont remember but i guess it was from play store ... I can show you pictures of what I purchased and what I got

When you say play store do you mean the Google Play Store @znexus?

If so then it's not possible to purchase FIFA 20 on the play store. Can I ask on what platform did you purchase the game for and if it was through that platforms own store?

Generally, with issues such as this, you would need to reach out to the platform owner as if the game is purchased on Playstation, Xbox or the Nintendo store then only the platform owners would have any oversight on their respective stores.
