What Is Wrong With My Sims 4 Game?

It won't let me actually plat the game

@kjredhead Hey there, what exactly is happening when you try to play?

@EA_CadeNot sure if I'm having the same issue, but when I go in to the game. It loads normally until it shows up with the proper loading screen. Then it just goes black while the music is playing and won't stop, I've tried waiting for the black screen to go away and show up on the menu screen. But it doesn't happen.

@xxcrazymiaxx Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?
