the second post 'accepted reply' worked for me but if it won't let you delete the folders make sure you go into task manager and end task on anything named origin. otherwise it'll just keep giving you same error even with a reinstall(if you're like me and dont' reboot after uninstall). the user/appdata/local/origin/origin folder was the cause and only thing i had to delete.(which won't delete if you don't end task on originwebhelperservice(32bit))
quite likely, it'll work fine if you close origin then open task manager and just end task everything origin and then load origin. this may be a quick fix but i haven't tested and hope i never run into the issue again to test it.

I started having this problem also.
I tried deleting the cache files. It worked once but now it's happening again.
At least BF3 and BF4 you can access the server pages through the Battlelog website.
And you can also launch those games through the Origin page on your web browser, but it didn't work for Apex for me.
Man, what a garbage client Origin is.

Hello, I'm also having the same problems.. but, I solved it by uninstalling Origin in an easy way!
Here what I use https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/#easy-way
