I have just purchased a 3 game bundle for sims which was downloading but got stuck on finalising. It stayed like this for 3 hours so I looked it up and it said to restart Origin. I’ve done that and all it keeps saying is ‘Well, that didn’t go as planned’. I have tried clearing cache on origin and restarting PC multiple times but nothing is fixing it. Any ideas anyone?

Hey @seanbezerlogue if the download is stuck on finalising then you need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.
The ports to open are:
You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
