Week 1 Care Package Bug

The challage that is circled in the image has a major bug, each time I open and loot a care package it does not add to the count. I have used the Lifelines care packages and the ones that drop naturally. I also open and looted everything from both types of care packages. My brother has one similar saying 2 in the same game and we've done that also and that one doesn't work either. Please help if possible cause as it stands there is no way of completing it. And it is only the care package task that wont let us finish. Ps ive called EA and they don't understand the issue either.
