I receive these messages while I'm attempting to add (untitled) and when I am attempting to delete (untitled02) any payment methods.
However, I have been in contact with support and they say that I had apparently added more than a few payment methods. I could see none of those on my end at the time. They were able to delete all the methods on their end and verified the one that I added after. As such, I cannot seem to delete payment options but can add them.
I'm hoping that someone will be able to fix this on EA's end soon. It could be rather frustrating.
