Vampyr Crashes on startup

Vampyr Crashes when i open the game. the banner kinda thing shows up for a few seconds and a message pops up that says before i continue i want to point out when i type the / it's supposed to be the one that points the other way but i cannot use it for some reason.                                                                    ''

Did you purchase the game via Origin or Origin Access?

First, try manually running the DirectX setup as an Administrator via right clicking the file:

Origin Games\Vampyr\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe

i'ts with origin access and it didn't work still same problem
