Hi,
I'm having the same issue, I contacted EA Games Help and they say they've unlinked it but it didn't unlink as Star Wars is still trying to install on the wrong account. I contacted Epic Games support and they're saying EA Games have to sort it out.

Hi there,
For issues like this please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid that account-related issues are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ.
For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

Same story here. Spent 40 minutes in chat while they claimed to be sorting it out, was told the Epic account had been unlinked from the Origin account, clicking on BattleFront still links to the old Origin account.
Why do they bother?

What do you do, though, when you've already been through a process with the Help desk and what they claimed to have fixed (unlinking an account) wasn't fixed? Go back and waste another 40 minutes sitting through them doing nothing again?

exactly the same here (yesterday the accounts were unlinked but when installing the game it still says it is connected)... spent the whole day with looking for a Live Chat but finally I called the UK customer care, they told me to wait because there is no Epic Games account linked to the EA Accounts but they are still linked somehow
I reached another representative 30 minutes ago through Live Chat and finally the same result that it is a known issue and they are working on fixing it which I suppose will happen next week only...

EA_Kent,
If that's the case, why are the EA Help representatives specifically directing us to contact a Community Manager on the forums to help with our account-related issues?
