Unable to verify identity apex

Hi, 

So whenever I try to play apex a pop-up appears saying that I need to verify my identity but it never sends me the verification code to my email but if i try to use my main email it says my email is invalid

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

What about consoles?  I'm getting the same problem there

If on console @ServantOfV355 then you can follow the steps I shared above and just chance your inputs based on your platform, replace PC with PS4 for example.

I talked to them and they were not able to get my profile back because of my old non-existent email. For some reason even though I answered all the questions right to have my email updated they said I can't be verified. The process is crap and not helpful at all. I just want to keep my stuff I grinded hours to get.

My account isn't working ive tried gor months now and i still cant log in i changed my email numerous times but it didnt work i didnt get the code at all😢
