Same here. I just realized it a couple hours ago my mom was gong to buy a game for me but it wont go through....I don't know what's wrong I think it started a few days before, since my sims 3 game also has a bug where the welcome screen and log in button don't work. is this what's causing it?

I have this issue at present ..........

The cause for me is that I am physically in Australia but the IP address my ISP is using appears to register as being in Spain in my EA Account.

Because of this origin will not let me purchase ......

I suspect if I connect by my mobile phone it may come good as my phone is with a different provider if I untrust and retrust my PC so it appears to be back in Australia again.

Are using a proxy or VPN on your computer? Try turning it off

Also make sure your account is set to the country you're located in.
See if you can do it on another device, like your phone, or using another internet (example share from phone instead of wifi).

Is it the same for both the Origin client and the website?

not understanding where this country needs to be changed, the only country select is under profile/about me/regional settings.
