Unable to log into my Origin account [ Edited ]

 Greetings,

 i am unable to access my previous Origin account which I haven't logged into  for quite a long time. After about 2 years, i attempted to gain access to it though exact same message was displayed no matter what i tried using my proper credentials. (I awaited about 2 years to return hence my game was hanging and had become completely unplayable after Bespin patch at that time but i just switched to a much more powerful rig which could handle the game easily)

 My account consisted a few C&C Generals games and SW BF 2 Deluxe Trooper Edition.  

 As screenshots i took from such a long time ago, i could only find the attached ones related to my account.

 I headed to contact live chat and tried a few more things. None helped me resolve the issue.

 Help me dear Board fellows, your my only hope!

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

 Will not help either.

 Cos,  i am not receiving any emails regarding the resetting of my password.
