Unable to find Sims4 in library, tried to type in code but already redeemed

I finally have access to the computer again after a bit of a hiatus, I tried to play sims4 but it wants me to provide the access code. I typed the access code but it won't accept it because it's "already been redeemed"... Right. by me??? I also cant find the game in my Origin library, it's the only game I have on here so I don't understand. Help!

Have you made sure that you're logging into the right EA account?  It's possible that you might be logged into a wrong account without the game on it.
