Unable to change date of birth on origin account

I am unable to change the date of birth on origin account as it’s incorrect and it’s not letting me change it to my correct date of birth.

still doesnt help, everytime i try to change my year of birth i get taken to the American origin page and the nothing happens. I need to change my year of birth as of now i can't purchase anything

I can't change my date of birth, it says I'm under age. I'm 23. I set a random birthdate.
