After I input my credit card information and click "Proceed to Review Order" the review does not appear, meaning I am unable to confirm purchases.

That's an odd one @tyuix88.
Can I ask, are you seeing this issue in the Origin app or in a web browser?
Is it possible to try in both to see what happens?
If you have any extensions such as an ad blocker or pop up blocker running would you mind disabling them when trying this?
