Trouble Updating

I'm trying to update Apex Legends for PC and it has been stuck at the "Resuming Update" message. It doesn't allow me to pause or quit out of the update either. I tried restarting my computer but that didn't work either.

Hey all if it is still stuck on resuming then can you ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the router's firewall to see if it helps.

@trailmiks i am also having this problem it is really starting to bug me. There is literally nothing I can do; I can't cancel the update and I can't delete the game and re install it
