I got EA play for Steam and I installed titanfall 2 and when I launch it off steam, it just opens origin and says Game not installed, despite the fact that it is installed. Please help. I have tried clearing the cache, opening in administrator mode, and opening the .exe directly.

I just haven't updated windows in a while. But ea support fixed the problem by just adding titanfall 2 deluxe edition to my origin library

Live chat didn't do *. They just redirected me to off-site help that also didn't help. Still have the issue

Does running an SFC scan
and running the built-in Windows Drive Error Checking
on all drives containing Windows, the game, Origin and Steam give any errors? If so you probably have have file corruption and might need to verify / reinstall everything that might be affected.
Also, did you try temporarily disable UAC as suggested in https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/ea/ea-desktop/troubleshoot-game-download-install-load-issues/ ? If that works then your system has some non-default permission settings that are interfering.
Lastly, make sure your Origin and Steam folders do not contain special characters like ü,æ and ğ as I've heard that might cause issues.

That also didn't work

Use your words please:
Also, please attach a dxdiag:

All the scans went well and no errors, folders are the default names and have no special characters other than a space.

I'm beginning to understand why EA Help might not have had a hard time helping.

The errors in the bottom of the DxDiag + the fact that you are still running Windows 10 version 1909 (probably because it fails in updating) might suggest it's likely you have a corrupt Windows 10 installation.
No Windows installation lasts forever so my recommendation is that it might be time to format the drive and do a clean install of Windows.
