Hello Answers HQ,

I bought some years ago 3 new EA games from a GameStop in Italy,

now I tried to activate their codes and they results already redeemed.

Now the fact is, I don't have any other accounts but this on Origin, and I never redeemed these games before.

Did someone steal my codes? Do you think that if tomorrow I contact the EA support I will be able to solve?

(I still have receipt, serial code and box of each game)
