This account got hacked, I can only get my access back with Xbox sign in

I tried late last year to get this sorted, but the guy I was in call with was very rude, not helpful and wasn't easy to understand, I would love to have my account back, since it got hacked years ago by it seems a Russian spam account

Hey @343445, ifyour account was compromised then the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to help you gain control of your account and kick anyone else out of it. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
