The sims 4

I recently got sims 4 and it was working for a couple of days then it started having troubles but i would fix them but now i try to start up sims 4 and it will open origin and ill log in but origin will just keep opening up and ill log in again and again and again i need help i tried the clean reboot and it still wont work!!! Please help me!!

@aberu10  Are you running Windows or mac OS?  Each has its own section of AHQ for Sims 4 issues, and I'm happy to move your post to the relevant forum.  (This is for older Sims games, like 2 and the original.)

For Windows, try clearing Origin's cache:

For mac OS, try running the Origin reset tool for macs, and be sure to disable Origin in-game.  The option is under Application Settings.

moving this to the Origin forum for now as it sounds like an issue with Origin.

Would be great if you could give some more info though as @puzzlezaddict asked above.
