The end of an error

BE careful folks... I was playing the DRAFT mode in MAdden and got a server discon as the game was loading... happened twice at 15k coins a piece. I got a message saying the games wouldn't count and i would be refunded my entry costs.. Well it didn't and EA said that cant help me. Be careful if yall play draft mode. After 20 plus years I am done with Madden. EA you are not gonna keep * on your customers. Less than 24 hours and I am taking my game back.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Sagadaspider. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
