The Sims 4 City Living and Get to Work [ Edited ]

I recently bought The Sims 4 City living and get to work and they will not show up in my Sims 4 game, I did redeem the codes. I have emailed EA about this but they did not respond, has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it? Btw I am on the Xbox One

Origin, Steam, Other Site.

I don't remember, that was like two years ago, is it in the Xbox store?

@Devan7706 I am not sure. But you may need to download them from wherever you got The Sims 4 from.

@Devan7706  Did you buy City Living and Get to Work for Xbox, or for PC?  If you bought the PC versions and registered them in Origin, they wouldn't show up on your console.  Your receipt should show what versions you bought, or alternately, if you bought them from EA, you definitely received the PC versions.

No, I'm sure I bought it for Xbox

@Devan7706  You'll need to contact Microsoft support for help with this.  Even though EA publishes Sims 4, account issues on consoles need to be addressed by Microsoft or Sony.
