I've been trying for hours to fix this issue to no avail.
I have done a complete uninstall and reinstall, cleared the cache twice, ran as an administrator (in compatibility mode as well) and have disabled my firewall and antivirus.
I even got in touch with the support team and nothing they've suggested has worked either. I don't know if posting here is just a lost cause at this point, but someone has to figure something out eventually.
I'm incredibly frustrated with this issue, please, if anyone can help me, let me know. I just want to play the Sims 4, haha.
I'm attempting to uploading a screenshot of my launcher, but I'm unsure if it will show up.

Sounds like you might need to update the drivers on your PC and video card.

Hello, @MADrag0n.
Thank you so much for your suggestions. Unfortunately, even after doing what you suggested, my problem is still occurring.
Is there anything else you could think of that I might be able to do?
