Thanks for banning me from "all online miltiplayer"

Ive been a fan of EA sense i played bad company and this is what i get i want a refund for all my EA games then if i cant play online whats the point of having these games oooo i almost forgot you wanna know why im banned?!?!?! Cause of your anthem demo i was trying to get onto the game... and now im banned great way to treat fans

Hey @commanderK5  and @fockingswag69, if you have a sanction on your account then you will need to speak with our Terms of Service team as we are unable to discuss any account related issues or ToS sanctions on AHQ.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I''m sorry for the frustration I am just a newbie but EA encounter many issues perhaps asking a little more kindly staff will reply no different we want to treated the same we have to treat them with respect.

I just got banned from all games on my account as well and I did nothing to warrant this!!!!
