Opened Origin, only to find that nothing keeps on showing up besides boxes of silhouettes where the games or icons are supposed to be. Next to the minimize button says Technical Preview, but I've no idea why it's like that, nor did I did anything for that happen. It only showed up one day when I opened Origin.
Have reloaded, exited the app, then restarted the laptop (Windows Laptop) a few times now, but still nothing showing up. Still the same.
Pls help

Is this Technical Preview issue is related to that my FIFA20 won't start at one point?
I tried your procedure but there is no LocalContent folder in my Origin folder.
I deleted the other 2 folders in AppData but nothing changed. My FIFA20 won't work again.
Please help..

@turuncukuyruk The technical preview is the beta version of Origin, and you can opt out if you want. First though, try running the Origin reset tool for macOS:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
And make sure you don't have a proxy enabled. Here's how to check:
https://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=135932
If these steps don't help, click Origin in the upper left corner of your screen, then Preferences; under Application Settings (the first header), scroll down to Client update, and disable the option to "participate in Origin technical previews." You'll need to quit for the change to take effect, and it wouldn't hurt to run the reset tool again.
