@nivy259  I can't help with whatever is going on with your system, except maybe creating a new user account on the desktop might make a difference?

I wanted to post to say you could buy whatever content you wanted while logged into origin.com, or from your laptop or even a phone.  The pack(s) you want would appear in your game library, and you could download them onto your desktop through the VPN.

Hey @nivy259 that it works when you use a VPN points to the issue being network or ISP related. The best thing I can recommend is to speak with your ISP, let them know that it works with a VPN enabled but not without. They should be able to assist and help you find the cause of the issue, be it with your home network or on their end.
