THE 0-0-0 PROBLEM

Recently a lot of people are having this problem and I was able to figure out what the problem is and it is time to report it.
When you download a game from ORIGIN and suddenly the download stops and it shows in the "remaining time" remains 0 seconds, 0 minutes and 0 hours, this reason is created due to download load and therefore the internet crashes and returns after a few seconds to minutes.
The method I am currently recommending to solve this is to try to disconnect from the WIFI from as many devices as possible at home and then leave only the connection to your device and that way the download will end without much problems.
EA please fix this problem, this problem happens to most people with weak to strong internet connection, thanks.

If you haven't already, I would also suggest going through the steps on this page to see if you're able to improve that connection without needing to disable the WiFi for your other devices.
