Sudden Ineligible account message

Renewed my xbox live a few hours ago after a couple of days after it expired and was greeted with the attached message when I tried to log in to pvz: bfn. I cannot find any answers anywhere as to why I have suddenly got this.

I checked my ea account and my xbox was not linked so tried to re link my live account but just got a ineligible account message.....WHY 😭😭😭???

Hey @Lucylu2231 it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
