After downloading The Sims 3 game, it's stuck on the finalizing process after about 2+ hours of waiting. It still says 0% remaining and also 0hs, 0m, and 0s remaining. Windows 7.
I have such a headache, I just want to play the game. Please help

Restart your machine

For me it still didn't get fixed after i cleared cache. So if u have the same problem, u should go and check for updates Go to Settings --> Update Game (as shown in the picture), wait till it completes and u are good to go. Well at least did the trick for me

If you have The Sims 3 app in your finder or on your dashboard, quit the origin app, then try clicking on The Sims 3 app. This worked for me
