Stuck downloading The Sims - Can't find Safe download

Hello, 

so I tried to download update for my The Sims 4 game, but it starts downloading and stops at about 18-20 percent. Then it resumes and starts all over. I tried repairing the game, but it gets stuck at the beginning. I also tried 'Safe download' or at least I tried to find it because it helped me before, but it's nowhere to be find lol. Please help me, I'm not that good with computers and I'm not the technical type so I'm starting to be a little desperate. Thanks.

@matejcovalucie  Safe Mode downloading was removed from this version of Origin.  But you can get it back by enabling the beta version instead, if you want to try.  In Origin, hover over your username and click Application Settings.  Under Application (the first tab), scroll to Client update and enable "Participate in Origin client betas."  You'll need to quit Origin and relaunch it for the change to take effect.
