Strangerville not allowing me to purchase

I am trying to purchase the new Strangerville expansion and when I click on it, it redirects me to the sims 4 digital deluxe game to download. I already have all the upgrades necessary and my computer has more then enough space available for the expansion. Whats going on??

I'm having the literal exact same problem. It doesn't allow you to even read about Strangerville let alone purchase it, without redirecting you to the sims 4 digital deluxe. It's pretty irritating

I had to start the Sims 4 and buy it from the section just before you start the game. Then I had to wait about 2 hours before out even showed up and downloaded...

I'm having the exact same problem. But when I try to buy in-game, it comes up saying there's an error, so I can't even do that. FFS!
