it's been over a week, still haven't received my player pick???
I opened the pack around 9am GMT on 29/01/21 Thursday and was shown a selection of gold players in my 1st pick so i decided to not select them at all. waited a few hours and opened my 2nd pick and that was fine but went back to my 1st red pick and the same gold players showed so i ended up picking vitolo, been constantly told that i will get this resolved but haven't. the ea live chat guys finally told me to speak here because they're useless as ever.
can anyone from the dev team reply back???

This issue has been resolved. If you were entitled to a replacement pack, it should be in your unopened packs. If you feel there was an error and you should have received the pack, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.
