Someone hacked my ea account

So I logged onto my fut 21 team and someone hacked it and deleted all of my players. I then changed my passwords and did the 2 step verification. But they are still logged into my account somehow what do I do? And I already talked to support and they did nothing plus I kept getting disconnected.

I'm sorry, but account issues like this are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Please try getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They can work with you on getting the account secured.
