@beccabubbles12 I take it Origin is open when you try to play? What happens if you launch the game directly from within the Origin client? If it's still not showing in your library, you can try clearing Origin's cache first:
The other possibility is that your antivirus/firewall is blocking Origin and/or TS4. You can test by temporarily disabling the app, just long enough to see whether it helps. If so, set exceptions for Origin.exe and TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe, whichever you're running (or both).
