Sims 4 isnt working and no longer downloading

Hi I had a problem with the sims 4 not opening at all. it keep coming up as a error so i uninstalled it. Then tried to download the game again and all the other packs that i have with it. It wouldnt download. They all said they failed and errored. I paid a lot of money for these games the only one i don't have is the lasts pack. So this is annoying. you need to fix this
