Sims 4 create a bundle broken

Tried to use the sims 4 create a bundle in the origin store and it shows only expansion packs or base game even when clicking the other game pack and stuff pack tabs. Already tried clearing origin cache and purchasing through the website instead of client but didn't work.

Thanks for sharing the steps you've already completed. Could you pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing on your screen please? It'll help us get a visual and compare with what we can see when we try to replicate it.
