Sims 4 bundle not working for ROM

I can't bundle Realm of Magic with the others even though the option exists when buying the game. It just doesn't show up among the other game packs!

I was having this problem too, I finally was able to get it to work by buying it off the origin website in incognito mode. Hopefully that works for you too!
