Sims 4 Island Living Download issues with Origin and EA

Oh thank the lord! I thought it was just me. 

Already had a chat online with someone at EA. They seemed unaware of the situation, and just got me to troubleshoot. Didn't work.

Looks like it's something internal.

Yep also having this issue, Spoke with EA support was told not wit not buy again but I cant buy again no buy option just a download button  and was told  my order was cancelled though I didn't cancel. same issue on launch day in New Zealand and its now6pm at night and i still have had no fix or even got to download or play . Disappointing  utterly.
