I am trying to buy a sims 4 bundle and the price says $49.98 but when i go to check out the price is then $68.87.

@Sydry94 What you're seeing in your initial screen is the normal bundle price when there's no sale going on, as there wasn't before this morning. (This is probably a caching issue with your browser; try clearing its cache or using a private window.) What you're seeing when you go to check out is the full price of all three packs, with no discount for bundling.
The reason the bundle disappears is that unlike the other expansion packs. Discover University is not on sale right now. The current bundle price reflects that all other EPs and GPs are currently on sale, but Discover University is being excluded from the sale and therefore the bundle. When the sale is over, you'll be able to bundle DU again, but not until then.

I was trying to buy the Sims 4 digital deluxe with island living bundle, the price was incorrect during check out, it was shown HK$ 206.19 on the purchase page, however it was shown HK$ 234.28 during check out, if I change the expansion to Cats and Dogs, the check out price was correct, HK$206.19, I have live chatted with the adviser, he/she said it is a bug and told me to report this to the forum since he/she couldnt do anything about it manually, I dont understand how could this happen to a company of this size and didnt get fix right away

A few hours ago I opened Sims 4 and it told me I could purchase a bundle. I clicked on the link, was sent to the Origin shopping centre. I picked three expansions for the bundle, was told it would cost just over $60, and then got my receipt and saw the price was actually over $90.
Concerned, I contacted the help line. I waited over an hour for the chat, and then spent about another hour explaining this entire situation to the person on the other end while waiting for them to check with their supervisor. The response I got? That apparently because I chose the newest expansion, it was not eligible for the bundle, and therefor I was not eligible for the bundle price. When I asked why it let me choose it for the bundle, and still quoted the bundle price, I was told they couldn't help me anymore and that I should just post of the forums. Then they ended the chat.
So here I am, asking everyone: How can you allow a customer to pick an expansion for a bundle, quote them a bundle price, and then charge them full price and tell them that if that's a problem they should just post of a forum? I am sick to my stomach. I had no idea Origin was this dishonest. I feel like I was robbed.
Can you actually help? Because lying to me, and stealing my money, is a really nasty way to treat a customer.

I had a similar thing happen. Selected games for a bundle. The correct price was listed the whole time. Then AFTER I entered my credit card information, the price changed. I went back to select different games to see if what I chose was the problem. It didn't change anything. CAn't get anyone on live chat. SOOOO annoying! Glad I caught it before paying. Seems like a total SCAM! Prices in the total should match prices in the sub total.

I am having the exact same problem as those listed above. I have contacted EA Support THREE TIMES about this now, and everyone keeps telling me to do different things, none of which work. I've cleared my cache, restarted computer, etc etc, and nothing works.
The bundle is showing at EUR33,92 and then when I go to process payment it changes to EUR50,07, which is a significant jump. Like someone else said, it's a good thing I noticed before processing the payment.
Every time I have contacted support, they have told me they will look into it and then marked the case as 'resolved' and no one has contacted me.
PLEASE FIX THIS. I have honestly been looking forward to getting this bundle and now I'm just being passed around advisors instead.
