Sims 3 expansion missing

★★★ Newbie

I bought the Sims 3 supernatural and late night years ago, and have been playing them on my old computer without a problem. I got a new laptop for college but when I look at my library it shows all my other games... except for supernatural and late night, despite the fact that I bought them through Origin. Again, it's been years since I bought them so I wouldn't even know where to look for a receipt to prove that I own them. I've restarted everything multiple times, they just aren't there. Is there any way to get them back?

@longliveMorgana  The usual method to try to recover content missing from your Origin library is to clear Origin's cache:

Are you sure you bought them on the same Origin account you're using now?  If you do happen to have multiple accounts, you can ask EA customer support to combine them for you.  Keep in mind that the account that's being merged, i.e. the one that will disappear, may not transfer its owned store content over to the other.

If you can't find your packs on another account, you'll need to contact EA customer support.  It would help to have the original codes for those packs, even though it shouldn't be necessary.  Even if you uninstalled from your old computer, you may still be able to find the codes.  Here's how:

macOS:  https://bluebellflora.com/finding-your-serial-key-using-terminal/

I don't work for EA. I'm just trying to help fellow players with their games.
