Sims 3 Pets key error (key valid, but cant be activating)

Sims 3 pets cant activate the key

Hello, im trying to use key of Sims 3 Pets and when i copy key it seems key valid, after i choose language for install , click "confirm" and getting error "key are not valid"

It seems global problem, because nobody cant activate keys now for sims 3 pets. 

Please check it.

(support origin say that key is valid, but they dont know why key cant be activate)

@Axmases  How are you trying to install Sims 3: from Origin, disc, or Steam?  Where did you buy the pack, and was it new or used?
