As the code is from a nonsupported third-party retailer there really is not a whole lot we can do.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @LadyRozaLie but as the purchase was made from a third party site then you will need to speak with them in relation to any issues with your purchase or product key.

how i can check redeem history in my account ? seller tell me he need evidence for show problem with code but i dont know how i can check history
