What are you seeing when you try logging in? Is it giving you a particular error message?
Sometimes resetting the password on your account can help with that. Please give that a try if you haven't already. You can find more information on how to reset it at the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes once you're able to give it a try.

Is this only happening when you're trying to log into the Origin client? Are you able to log in at the Origin website, or does that give you the same error?
