After checking the security blocks on my Brave browser I unblocked EA and was able to login to my account. I only have one game (Sims 4) in my library.

When I click to play Sims 4, it gives me the option to download the Origin Windows app. So I did. But it won't let me login to the app, stating "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

I've been able to login with Edge and Brave on the website no problem. Now, I can't login to the app. Any help?

EDIT: I also went into my firewall settings and allowed access to the Origin app, but still no dice.

@BufferCCM try using EDGE (worked for me) , ... Chrome and FireFox isnt useble

I managed to solve it after adding ea.com and origin.com into my Firefox's 3rd party cookies exceptions. The website is poorly designed in a way they are somehow necessary.
