Sign In Unavailable Error on iPad

I get a weird issue with Sims 4 BYOB. When I navigate to that part of the website, which I can only seem to find by Googling it and not through the website anywhere, I will be signed out when I get to the BYOB page after clicking the link in Google, when I try and sign in from there it will either direct me to the EA sign in page and redirect to Origin with the Sign In Unavailable error or it won’t bother redirecting at all and give the error. This only happens on my iPad, using any browser (I’ve tried using chrome, edge and safari). I do not experience this issue on PC. Not sure what’s going on.

It is strange that it's only happening with the mobile version of the website. Could you share the URL of the page that's giving you trouble?

Thank you! Is it only happening if you're trying to add specific items to the bundle, or is it just not bringing up the Build a Bundle page at all?
