Horrible business that wont refund money for services not used. I went through this with xbox live years ago when i still had a console and they had no problem seeing the account hadnt been used in x amount of months and refunding the money was no issue.Then there is EA. Their response is we can not refund the money unless it is within 3 days of the transaction. And i get it, its my fault for not noticing earlier but hey its good to know that a company is willing to lose a customer of future content for an extra couple bucks. 10/10 Total greed driven * show, would not pay for services again.
